At Saad Bin Shahzad Store we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, this policy explains your rights as a customer in the United Kingdom. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for a standard-size item within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email support@saadbinshahzad.co.uk with your order number, then return the item unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Made-to-measure and customised orders

Items made to your own measurements or customised at your request (including bridal and couture pieces ordered through a consultation) are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at support@saadbinshahzad.co.uk. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods. Our Quality Department will review the issue and get right back to you.

Care

For Pret, it is advised to be hand-washed only. Dry cleaning is recommended for formal and bridal wear.
