Q) How can I order on your website?

1) Add all the products in your cart by clicking on Add to Cart for each item.
2) Click on the Cart icon from the top of the page.
3) Confirm all the products along with the quantities.
4) Click on CHECKOUT to proceed forward.
5) Add your UK delivery address and the information required.
6) Click on Continue to shipping method and select your delivery option.
7) Click on Continue to payment method.
8) Click on Complete Order to finish the procedure.

Q) Which currency are prices shown in?

All prices on saadbinshahzad.co.uk are shown and charged in British Pounds (GBP).

Q) Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. We deliver to the European Union, the Gulf, the United States and Canada. See our Delivery Time page for delivery charges.

Q) Is Cash on Delivery available?

No, Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders are paid in advance online by debit or credit card (Visa / Mastercard) through our secure checkout.

Q) How long will my order take to arrive?

Every piece is made to order and handcrafted in our studio. The estimated delivery time is 6–8 weeks for the UK and international orders, excluding shipping time. See our Delivery Time page for details.

Q) Will I have to pay customs duty or VAT?

All prices include VAT. Customs duty and any import taxes charged in your country are not included in the price and are payable by the customer to the courier on delivery.
