Cancellation Policy

Every piece is made to order for you, so production starts soon after your order is confirmed. Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled. This applies to standard sizes as well as made-to-measure, customised and bridal orders, as explained in our Return & Exchange policy.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@saadbinshahzad.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. If production has not started yet, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
