EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union usually have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. This right applies to ready-made, off-the-shelf goods.

Our products are made to order

Every product on our website, including standard sizes, is made to order and customised for each customer after the order is placed. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of the Directive), so it does not apply to our orders.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Your rights for faulty goods are not affected. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please reach out to our customer support team at saadbinshahzad.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
