Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order for a standard-size item at any time before it is dispatched, and within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in our Return & Exchange policy.

Because made-to-measure, customised and bridal orders are produced specifically for you, once an order of this kind has been placed and production has started it cannot be cancelled.
