EU Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you choose (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, tell us of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to support@saadbinshahzad.co.uk. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except any extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not pay any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us about your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, such as bespoke pieces designed and made to your own measurements through a personal consultation (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
